  Products Warranty Clauses of COP-Security System Corp.
 
1. Any defects under normal use appear within a period of 12 months (6 months for domestic customers), the product can be returned for refurbishment FREE.
2. Any faulty products , exclusive of free brand new packing materials, purchased within a period of 12 months are warranted a FREE repair service. Extra cost will be charged if brand new packing materials or refurbish ment are required.
3. Faulty products returned under warranty but are unable to be repaired or had stopped producing, the customers could purchase identically brand new model or similar specifications with 20~25% discount.
4. Warranty Exceptions:
The following products are covered by limited warranty

  Liability Exclusive:
  The followings are not covered by warranty. COP or the manufacture of the products shall charge
by cases.
1. Defects under improper usage, including incorrect usage and installation, abnormal surface
    abrasion, circuit burnout, out of shape from extrusion, external intrusion, dampened, warranty
    labels or strip seals damaged, or removed even unable to be recognized...etc.
2. Consumed materials and routine maintenance.
3. Warranty labels were torn; Customers disassemble, repair, or alter the goods without the written
    consent of COP's authorized officers.
4. Hardware compatibility fails. (except COP products)
5. Un-anticipated natural calamity. Ex. Lighting strikes, fires, earthquakes, and flood.
6. Promotion products are not covered by Warranty Clauses, but products replaced while defects
    occurring under proper usage, or the products received within 3 months are acceptable.
7. Product exchanging and repairs are not acceptable for cases bought on customers' behalf, and
    the wrong models order due to customers' factors.
  Repair Coordination from Customers:
  1. Description for the problem of defected products
2. Serial Numbers and Models of products.
